NDE Manager
John Rickett brings 20 years of inspection experience to his role as NDE Manager at Vision Integrity Engineering, including 3 years leading Vision’s NDE team. His commitment to excellence and team development ensures clients receive the most informed decisions about their assets.

At Vision, John oversees the NDE team, as well as the Lifting Equipment Inspection and Radiation Protection departments, ensuring a well-rounded and highly skilled group of inspectors. His leadership fosters a collaborative environment that enhances inspection capabilities and maintains high industry standards.

John holds certifications as a pressure vessel and pressure piping inspector, is a certified welding inspector, and possesses Level 2 certification in five different NDE methods. He also manages Vision Integrity’s SNT certification program, reinforcing the company’s commitment to professional development and technical expertise.

With two decades of hands-on experience, John has worked across various industries, including aircraft airframes and subcomponents, structural, piping, and vessel fabrication, coal-fired stations, refineries, and midstream and downstream facilities. His extensive knowledge and leadership continue to drive operational excellence and innovative asset integrity solutions for Vision Integrity Engineering’s clients.
